When you read what your audience posts (or doesn’t), you can listen to what they are saying. Are they happy? Are they not happy? Are they indifferent, and just posting simple responses? Are they not responding at all? The actual task here is to scan through your posts and see where you are getting engagement. When you find it, read carefully and listen to them.
