Who are your biggest competitors? Write a list of 5. Then find them on Facebook. If you can’t find them on Facebook, go to their website and see if they have a link to their Facebook page there.
“Like” their pages.
Why? See what they are doing. When you look at your business page wall, you will see what they are posting and how their fans are responding. Pay special attention to what people are NOT responding to.
Use this knowledge as research, competition monitoring, espionage…whatever you want to call it.
