Our goal for Intersect.Marketing Property Websites is to offer a cost effective and heavily customizable website for the purpose of showcasing new listings, rental properties, properties under development, and more.
For new listings, we know that offering your seller a custom property website often is the difference between getting the listing and not. As such, we offer property sites only slightly above our cost for our monthly subscribed clients.
Over the last few years, our domain purchase costs, server costs, and labor costs have all increased. The net result is that for many property sites we are often under our cost.
Therefore, all property websites ordered after November 15th, 2017 will be billed at our new fee of $85 for Monthly Clients and $160 for Non-Monthly Clients. Even at this slightly adjusted cost, we still believe our service offering is an incredible bargain.
